Itaqua group consolidates its presence and production in Romania in the Vard shipyard in Tulcea through skilled resources and equipment since the beginning of 2018. Since the beginning of 2018 nowadays is under way the onboard assembly of the over-structures, bull-works, tugs and funnel of a Super Yacht inside the Uljanik shipyard in Pula.

We're moving right now! From the month of October the ITAQUA branch in Romania will move into the new headquarter and larger workshops in Bucharest, Sos. Oltenitei 388 fully renovated in equipment and advanced machinery.

Over 50 technicians have been employed in Palermo by ITAQUA during the summer period to perform an important intervention on M/V Saipem/CASTOR1 in the FINCANTIERI basin in Sicily. Dead line of the intervention is planned for mid September.     

Starting from 8 may ITAQUA will be for the second time with his technicians to the SEMBAWANG shipyards of SINGAPORE to carry out the assembly and preparation of a new “water park” on a luxury cruise ship. This is the second intervention from the beginning of the year in SEMBAWANG where will be employed a dozen technicians for the ground mounting, the transfer on board as well as for the final pose of the slides at the water park. Testing and delivery are scheduled within the first week of June.

At the end of April, ITAQUA Croatia will move to the new headquarters in Rijeka with both offices and workshops of production, appropriately accompanied by machinery and equipment of the new generation.

During the Easter time ITAQUA has completed a massive emergency intervention in the basin of Fincantieri in Palermo with more than 40 engineers employed on the ship while was doing the dry-dock in Sicily.
